I don’t think I would be where I am musically if it weren’t for albums like this when I was younger.. As well as Full Collapse from Thursday. I was so inspired to play drums and music in general because of albums like these. I wish that bands still existed that could make kids and myself as well feel this way. That era of music will always be the most influential on me as far as my playing. Everything seemed real, raw, and passionate at that point. Hopefully someday we can get back to that. It would be nice to see kids get into something that had some heart behind it again rather than all of these cliche pretty boy bands and hipster fashion acts.
